Google User Data (“Sign in with Google”)
You can create and access your account using “Sign in with Google.” When you do, Google shares a limited set of your Google account information with us through Google OAuth. This section describes exactly what we access and how we handle it.
- Data we access. Only your basic Google profile — your name, email address, and profile picture — via the standard openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request or access your Google Contacts, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google product data.
- How we use it. Solely to create and secure your account, sign you in, identify you within the Service, pre-fill your profile, and send you service-related messages. We never use Google user data for advertising.
- Sharing. We do not sell your Google user data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by the vendors that operate the Service on our behalf (for example, our authentication and database provider), under agreements that limit them to providing those services.
- Storage & protection. Your Google profile information is stored in our secured authentication system and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with access restricted to authorized personnel.
- Retention & deletion. We keep this information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and the associated Google user data at any time by contacting us at the address in “Contact Us” below; we will delete it, except where retention is required by law.
Faith Brand’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Facebook and Instagram Data (Meta Platform Data)
When you connect your Facebook Page and its linked Instagram Business account, you authorize us—through Facebook Login and the Meta Graph API—to access data about those accounts so we can show your analytics and publish content you create. This section explains exactly what we access and how we handle it.
- Data we access. Only for the Facebook Page(s) and Instagram Business account(s) you explicitly connect: the Page/account name, ID, and profile; follower and fan counts; the posts and media you have published; and Page, post, and account insights (such as reach, impressions, engagement, page views, and aggregated audience demographics). We access this only through the Meta permissions you approve at connect time. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, your friends, your private messages, or any data belonging to accounts you have not connected.
- How we use it. Solely to (a) display your own analytics—reach, followers, engagement, and audience insights—inside your dashboard, and (b) publish content you create to your own Page and Instagram, at your direction. We never use Meta Platform Data for advertising, and we never sell it.
- Sharing. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by the vendors that operate the Service on our behalf (for example, our hosting and database providers), under agreements that limit them to providing those services.
- Storage & protection. Access tokens are stored on our servers only—never in your browser—and are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with access restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Insight figures are cached only to render your dashboard.
- Retention & deletion. We keep this data only while your account is connected. Disconnecting Facebook in the app immediately deletes the stored access token. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated Meta Platform Data at any time by emailing us at the address in “Contact Us” below; we will delete it except where retention is required by law.
Our access to, storage of, and use of information received through the Meta platform adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

We keep Personal Data as long as necessary for the purposes outlined. Usage Data may be retained longer for analytics or legal compliance.
